I throughly enjoyed last night’s session, creek side. As the heat starts ramping back up, I appreciate the cooler days.
Wellness Wednesday! Mamas make sure you are not pouring from an empty cup. Listen to your body; drink some water, eat some food, take your vitamins, take 15 minutes of silence, get outdoors for some fresh air. Whatever it is, do it for you.
When you finally get to sit down and see the magic that was documented. The motherly bond is the magic, I am just there to make sure you have this moment forever.
My kids and I are going to take advantage of our last cooler day. We are going to have a slumber party out on our trampoline. Making memories this summer. ☀️
